Would you like to learn how to effectively manage your physical and mental health & well-being?

WRAP logoA Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP®) workshop could be the answer…

A two day WRAP workshop is an opportunity for learning about yourself, What helps you feel well and what doesn’t. During the workshop, you will be taken through the process of creating your own wellness plan, to enable you to feel more in control of your life, and your physical and mental health. You can develop skills and strategies to better manage your health & wellbeing. It is designed to help you take more control of your well-being, to plan how to maintain wellness, and reduce and better manage periods of illness.
