Integration Discussion – Self Management Week 2017

Each month the 3rd Sector Health and Social Care Support Team based at the ALLIANCE host an Integration Forum. During Self Management 2017 the team will partner with the Self Management Team to host an information and discussion session.

The session aims to provide a safe space for attendees to discuss the current landscape of self management in Scotland alongside success and challenges when embedding a self management approach. It will be an opportunity to hear from different experiences in the room and a chance to explore where the self management team can offer you support in your work.

Marianne Brennan, the Development Officer from the Self Management Team will provide an update on the current policy in Scotland as well as feedback from a 4 Nations Self Management Event to provoke discussion and facilitate exercises where we can explore together how to support individuals to self manage.

Book your space today: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/self-management-information-and-discussion-session-glasgow-tickets-35930982536

In the morning the 3rd Sector Health and Social Care Support Team will host a wider Integration Forum. For more information click here.
