Disabled Women’s Reproductive Journeys

Engender  want to find out more about disabled women’s experiences of services around having or not having children. They are interested in disabled women and girls experiences of sex education, support with menstruation, access to family planning advice and contraception, maternity and parenting services.

Two upcoming events are taking place on from 10am to 2.30pm on September 28th at the Raddison Blu Hotel in Glasgow, and October 4th at the COSLA centre in Edinburgh. You can find out more information on the easy read flyer for the Glasgow event here, and the Edinburgh event here.

Come and meet other disabled women and talk about your experiences of sexual health, pregnancy and parenting services.

Engender will provide communication support, travel costs and childcare costs.

You can book online at www.engender.org.uk/events or by calling 0131 558 9596
