Today I’m updating you on weeks four to six of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course. The themes of each week were ‘staying present,’ ‘allowing/ letting be’ and ‘thoughts are not facts.’ All three messages emphasize acceptance of what you can’t control and focussing on what is happening in the present moment.
