Breaking Down Barriers to Self Management

Health and social care pathways mapping conducted in the Ayrshire and Arran area revealed barriers to self-management encountered by sensory impaired people. This mapping exercise was a partnership between RNIB Scotland, Action on Hearing Loss Scotland, East, North, South Ayrshire Councils and NHS Ayrshire and Arran.
