Angus Health & Social Care Partnership have a Self Management Network; a collaborative of various peer support groups for people living in Angus with long term conditions and the services that provide support. This year the network decided to mark Self Management Week by producing a video which allowed those living with long term conditions to describe what self management means to them and what resources they have found to be helpful.

In the making of the video, Rhona Guild, Primary Care Manager and Long Term Conditions Lead in Angus spoke with a number of individuals and groups, with the final version including only a very small amount of the rich thoughts gathered.

The video was launched at a celebratory event on Thursday 5th October in Arbroath.

A big thank you goes out to those who took part from Angus Cardiac Group, Forfar Airways Group, Angus Activity Programme and Stracathro COPD Support Group.
